Gua Sha helps to break up stagnation in the body, promote lymphatic drainage, reduce inflammation, and relieve muscle pain.


Indie Head Massage

Indie Head Massage is a traditional therapy that focuses on massaging the head, neck, shoulders, and face to promote relaxation and well-being. Using gentle kneading, tapping, and circular motions, this massage helps relieve stress, reduce headaches, improve circulation, and encourage hair and scalp health.

She has worked in the physical rehabilitation sector for over 6 years. She began her career as a Physiotherapy & Occupational Therapy Assistant but found herself drawn to Massage Therapy.

Over the past few years, she has done continuing educational courses on migraine treatment/management, chronic pain management, the impact of chronic stress as well as adding modalities such as Gua Sha & Cupping to her tool belt.
